进火补针法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖

摘    要:目的:观察进火补针法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床疗效.方法:将60例脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用进火补针法治疗,对照组采用传统针灸法治疗,对比其临床疗效.结果:进火补针法治疗组有效率96.67%,传统针灸治疗组有效率86.67%,进火补针法治疗效果明显优于传统针灸疗法.结论:进火补针法治疗单纯性肥胖,效果明显优于传统针刺治疗,对缩短疗程、提高疗效有较高的价值.

Abstract:Objective:To observe Jinhuo complementary needling method in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type.Methods:60 cases of spleen damp type with simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups;The treatment group by Jinhuo complementary needle treatment,control group using traditional acupuncture therapy,and observe the clinical efficacy.Results:The efficacy rate of Jinhuo complementary needling in treatment group was 96.67%,and traditional acupuncture treatment group’s effective rate was 86.67%.Jinhuo complementary needling method was superior to conventional therapy.Conclusion:It is good to use Jinhuo complementany treatment for simple obesity.The effect is obviously superior to traditional acupuncture therapy.The therapy can shorten the course of treatment,improve curative effect and has a higher value.
