外来人口学校小学生吸烟现况调查

目的了解宁波市外来人口学校小学生烟草流行现状,为有效开展控烟教育提供科学依据。方法从宁波市老城区15所外来人口学校中随机选取其中1所,对4～6年级的426名学生进行问卷调查。结果外来小学生控烟知识总知晓率为43.73%,吸烟尝试率为28.17%,其中男生为35.37%,女生为18.33%;7岁之前尝试第一支烟的学生为8.48%,10岁以前(包括7岁以前)的占17.71%;学生吸烟的首要原因是好奇。学生在家庭中被动吸烟暴露率为81.25%,一周之中在家里和学校的被动吸烟暴露率为75.06%。结论外来人口学校小学生控烟知识知晓率较低,吸烟尝试率较高,是青少年烟草流行的高危人群,应加强引导和干预,促使其养成健康的行为习惯。

A Survey of Tobacco Use among Pupils of Migrant School in Ningbo City

Objective To investigate the status of tobacco use in migrant school of Ningbo,and provide scientific basis for effective smoking-control education.Methods One migrant school was randomly selected from 15 migrant schools in old regions of Ningbo and 426 students in Grade Four to Six were surveyed by self-administered questionnaire.Result The total rate of awareness of tobacco control was 43.73% in pupils of the migrant school,and the rate of attempting smoking was 28.17%,of which 35.37% for boys and 18.33% for girls.8.48% of pupils smoked the first cigarette before 7 years old,and 17.71% of pupils smoked the first cigarette before 10 years old.Curiosity was the major cause for pupil smoking.Passive smoking rate among pupils were 81.25% at home and 75.03% at home and school in one week,respectively.Conclusion The level of awareness of tobacco control in migrant school is lower,and the attempting smoking rate is higher.Effective guidance and intervention measures should be strengthened to solve this problem.
