| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血塞通对2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的疗效。方法 将符合2型糖尿病肾病诊断标准的60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例，对照组30例；治疗组血塞通（冻干）0.4 g经专用溶剂溶解后加入生理盐水250 ml中静脉注射，每日1次,连用20 d；对照组予以盐酸川芎嗪注射液160 mg加入生理盐水250 ml静脉注射,每日1次,连用20 d；观察尿微量白蛋白。结果 治疗组的显效率大于对照组。结论 血塞通对2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuesetong on the urinary microalbumin of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each. The patients in treatment group were treated with Xuesetong, 0.4 g once a day; the patients in control group were treated with ligustrazine hydrochlofide injection, 160 mg once a day, with a treatment course of 20 days for both groups. The changes of urinary microalbumin were observed. Results The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion Xuesetong is effective in treating urinary microalbumin in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients. |
