摘    要:目的 探讨定量组织速度显像(QTVI)技术定量检测冠心病不同阶段的室壁节段运动速度的价值。方法 将研究对象分成三组,应用QTVI技术,对24例正常对照组,39例心肌梗死组患者和19例不稳定型心绞痛组患者,分别检测左室沿长轴方向上左室各节段的收缩期、舒张期运动速度进行比较分析。结果 心肌梗死组和心绞痛组的收缩期峰值速度(Vs)、舒张早期充盈速度(VE)均较对照组明显降低;心肌梗死组比心绞痛组Vs降低更明显,两组VE则无差异;而舒张晚期充盈速度(VA)只在心梗组才有明显降低。结论 QTVI技术能准确识别受损程度不同的室壁运动异常,在冠心病诊断中具有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI)in quantitatively determining the velocity of segmental movement of left ventricular for coronary artery disease(CAD)in different phase.Methods All observed cases were divided into 3 groups:control group include 24 normal cases,infarction group include 39 patients with myocardial infarction,and cardiodynia group include 19 patients with unstable cardiodynia.The systolic and diastolic motion velocities of segmental walls of left ventricular along long axis were measured and analyzed by QTVI.Results The systolic peak velocity(Vs)and early diastolic velocity(VE)of the later 2 groups were obviously lower than the control group.Vs of infarction group was even lower than that of cardiodynia group,while V_E of these 2 group revealed no difference.The obvious decreasing of the late diastolic velocity(VA)only revealed in infarction group.Conclusions QTVI can accurately classify the lesion degree by quantifying the abnormality of ventricular wall movement,which makes important in diagnosing coronary artery disease.
