精神分裂症患者事件相关电位P300与PANSS的相关性研究

目的　研究精神分裂症患者急性期事件相关电位P3 0 0 与精神病理症状的关系。方法　采用美国NicoletBravo脑电生理仪 ,检测 4 0例精神分裂症患者及 36例健康对照的P3 0 0 成分 ,并运用阳性和阴性症状量表 (positiveandnegativesyndromescale,PANSS) ,对患者进行精神症状的评定 ,选择PANSS量表中阳性、阴性量表分值。结果　与正常对照相比 ,靶P3 0 0 波幅在四个记录区 (C3 、C4、CZ、PZ)差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,P3 0 0 潜伏期差异 (P >0 .0 5 )不显著 ,靶波幅P3 0 0 在C3 、C4、CZ、PZ 四个记录区均与阴性症状呈负相关。结论　精神分裂症患者存在认知功能的损害 ,P3 0 0 成分可以辅助评价精神分裂症患者的认知功能损害程度

Relationship between event-related potential P300 components and PANSS inschizophrenia

Objective To investigate the correlation between schizophrenic psychopathology and P 300 components. Methods P 300 components were recorded with a USA Nicolet Brovo instrument from 40 schizophrenic patients. Results P 300 component amplitude significantly decreased at four electrodes(C 3,C 4,C Z,P Z), compared with normal control .For P 300 components latency no significant grouped differences were observed,Negative symptom score was correlated negtively with the P 300 component amplitudes at four electrodes(C 3,C 4,C Z,P Z).Conclusion Results reflect worsened brain cognitive function extensively in schizophrenic patient group,suggesting the P 300 components may have more clinical value to valuate the degree of congnitive disfunction of schizophrenia.
