| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中老年妇女肥胖与血清性激素、血脂、自由基的关系,探讨中老年妇女肥胖的可能机制.方法调查对象为35～62岁的妇女,按体重指数（BMI）分为4组：（1）肥胖组,BMI≥28,（2）超重组,24≤BMI＜28,（3）正常组,18.5≤BMI＜24,（4）消瘦组,分别测定血脂、血清中雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、催乳素（PRL）和血清中SOD、MDA、NO含量.结果肥胖和超重者分别占被调查的10.0%和32.8%,肥胖组中血脂（除APOA1）、E2、SOD、MDA、NO与正常组比较,均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论中老年妇女肥胖可引起血脂增高,雌激素水平下降,自由基增多.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between estrogen,lipoid,free radical in serum and obesity in mid-elderly women.Methods The mid-elderly women were divided into 4 groups in BMI.group 1,obesity,group 2,overweight,group 3,normal,group 4,lowweight.They were determined by the level of E_2,FSH,PRL,lipoid,SOD,MDA,NO in serum.ResultsThe rate of obesity and overweight is respectively 10.0%,32.8% in the mid-elderly women.There was significant difference of E_2,TC,TG,LDL-C,LDL,ApoB,ApoA_1/ ApoB,SOD,MDA in serum between obesity groups and normal groups((P<0.05).)Conclusions Obesity may induce rise of level of lipoid, decline of estrogen,increase of free radical. |
