| 摘 要： | 目的:对8个染料木黄酮衍生物抗血管内皮氧化应激损伤的活性进行筛选。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪测定8个染料木黄酮衍生物对氧化应激损伤的血管内皮细胞乳酸脱氢酶释放的影响,PI染色FCM检测8个染料木黄酮衍生物对内皮细胞凋亡的影响。结果:在所有衍生物中,7-二氟亚甲基-5,4-二甲氧基染料木黄酮抗血管内皮氧化应激损伤的活性最高,且其作用强于先导化合物染料木黄酮。结论:通过筛选获得的7-二氟亚甲基-5,4-二甲氧基染料木黄酮具有更强的抗血管内皮氧化应激损伤作用,具有进一步研究的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To screen the anti-oxidative stress activity of 8 genistein derivatives on vascular endothelial cells.Methods The effects of 8 genistein derivatives on lactate dehydrogenase release was measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer and on cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry respectively in vitro.Results 7-Difluoromethyl-5,4-dimethoxygenistein is the most effective derivative among 8 genistein derivatives.Its effect is stronger than that of genistein.Conclusion 7-Difluoromethyl-5,4-dimethoxygenistein possesses the higher anti-oxidative stress effect on vascular endothelial cells,which can be used for further study. |
