| 摘 要： | 目前近视的发生率很高,但发病机制不清.实验性近视眼和人类近视眼研究发现,I型胶原基因变化与近视发生、发展关系密切,本文就Ⅰ型胶原基因的表达调控及其与近视的关系作一综述.

| Abstract: | The prevalence of myopia is increasing in present, but the mechanism remains unclear. Studies in myopic sclera of animals and human showed collagen type I has closely related to the development of myopia. So in this paper we reviewed the expression and regulation of type I collagen gene, as well as the relationship between myopia and type I collagen gene. |
