咽旁间隙肿瘤132例临床分析

目的:提高对咽旁间隙肿瘤的诊治水平。方法:对40年间收治的132例咽旁间隙肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:完整摘除肿瘤128例。出现并发症有8例,其中Horner综合征4例,声带麻痹2例,舌下神经麻痹1例,另1例发生于颈侧及咽侧联合进路切开者,术后出现IX,X,XI,XII颅神经同时麻痹。结论:原发性咽旁间隙肿瘤中,以神经源性肿瘤居多。根据术前检查了解肿块的大小,形态,位置及与周围重要结构的关系,选择合适径路,手术效果满意。颈侧切开为其主要手术径路。

Clinical analysis of 132 cases of parapharyngeal space neoplasms

Objective:To improve the diagnose and management of parapharyngeal space(PPS) neoplasms. Methods: Records of 132 patients with PPS neoplasms operated in 40 years were reviewed. Results: Tumors were resected thoroughly by a transcervical approach in 128 patients. Complications occurred in 8 cases. Conclusion: Neurogenic tumours were the most common neoplasms in the primary PPS neoplasms. Different approaches should be selected according to presurgical clinical informations such as tumors' size, shape, site and extent. The transcervical approach was the preferred procedure for PPS tumors.
