微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定钙粉中铅含量的基体干扰与消除

摘    要:目的:消除测定高钙含量食品中铅的基体干扰。方法:通过实验对酸消化法和微波消化法以及基体改进剂磷酸二氢铵和有机基体改进剂抗坏血酸的比较,石墨炉原子吸收法塞曼背景扣除测定营养强化剂钙粉中铅含量。结论:采用微波消化法前处理样品,结合选用有机基体改进剂使基体干扰严重现象减轻,方法精密度、回收率分析结果得到提高。

Abstract:Objective:To eliminate the matrix interference of the determination of lead in supplementary calcium food.Methods:Acid-Digestion-GFAAS and Microwave-Digestion-GFAAS were compared.NH4H2PO4 and L-Ascorbic acid were used as matrix modifiers in the determination of lead in calcium powder.Conclusion:Microwave-Digestion-GFAAS adding L-Ascorbic acid as matrix modifiers can eliminate matrix interference effectively and the RSD and recoveries are improved obviously.
