1991～1996年湛江口岸进口食品卫生监督检验结果分析

经对1991年1月至1996年12月湛江口岸进口食品卫生监督检验结果统计分析。6年间共查验进口食品1218批，5391508．881吨，其中不合格食品92批，123692．077吨，占总重量的2．29％。针对湛江口岸进口食品以粮食为主，运输方式以海运为主的情况，为确保进口食品卫生安全，建议建立现场卫生监督、开展后续管理与实验室检验相结合的卫生监督管理机制。提出采用HACCP方式管理进口原粮接运过程。

Analysis of the Result of Import Food Hygiene Supervision and Inspection From 1991-1996 in Zhanjiang Port

This paper report the statistic analysis of the result of import food hygiene supervision and inspection from January, 1991 to December, 1996 in Zhanjiang Port. We examined 1218 lots,5391508. 881 tons of import food in five years,and 2. 29 percent of them were disqualified, totally 92 lots, 123692. 077 tons. Because the import food of Zhanjiang port was mainly grain,and the transportation was mainly ocean shipping,in order to ensure the hygiene security of import food,we suggest to establish on-the -spot hygiene supervision,and carry outthe hygiene supervision administration system that combines the follow-up admintration and laboratory examination. We put forward aproposal to adopt HACCP to administer the acceptane and transport of rawgrain.
