SSRIs治疗强迫症对照分析

目的：比较５羟色胺回收抑制剂（ＳＳＲＩｓ）与氯丙咪嗪对强迫症的临床疗效及副反应。方法：对３５例强迫症患者应用ＳＳＲＩｓ（１８例）与氯丙咪嗪（１７例）进行对照分析。采用Ｙａｌｅ－Ｂｒｏｗｎ强迫量表（Ｙ－ＢＯＣＳ）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ＨＡＭＤ）、副反应量表（ＴＥＳＳ）和临床疗效评定标准评定疗效及副反应。结果：ＳＳＲＩｓ与氯丙咪嗪疗效相似，两组显效率和有效率无显著差异。ＳＳＲＩｓ组副反应较氯丙咪嗪组少且

Comparison of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors to clomipramine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder

Objective:To compare the efficacy and adverse events between selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and clomipramine (CMI) in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Method:35 patients with OCD were treated with SSRIs (n=18) and CMI (n=17).The efficacy was measured with Yale Brown Obsessive compulsive Scale (Y BOCS) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD).The side effects were determined by the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results:There were no significant differences between two groups in overall response showed by the reduction rate of Y BOCS and HAMD total scores.The side effects of SSRIs were fewer and milder than CMI. Conclusion:It is suggested than both SSRIs and CMI are effective and safe in the treatment of OCD.SSRIs have a superior side effect profile,and maybe have better response in obsessive thoughts.
