郃郎喘必消冲剂的药理研究

本文通过对小鼠急性毒性实验,抗炎实验,对胸腺脾脏的影响及对豚鼠在体、离体气管平滑肌作用实验,观察了郃郎喘必消冲剂的药理学效应。结果表明,该制剂无明显毒性,最大耐受量为1000g/kg/d。它有明显的对抗二甲苯致小鼠耳炎及延长组胺诱发哮喘发作潜伏期的作用,对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌无松驰作用,对小鼠胸腺和脾脏有使其重量减小的趋势,但与对照组比较无显著性差异。

Pharmacological Research of He Lang Chuan Bi Xiao

The pharmacological effects of He Lang Chuan Bi Xiao were studied by means of a series of experiments im-cluding acute - toxicity test, anti - imflammation test and the effection on thymus and spleen in mice, as well as anti- asthma test, and the effect in isolated tracheal smooth muscles of guinea pigs. It was shown that this medicine had no acute toxixity and the highest endurance dose was 100g/kg weight/day. It reduced the swelling of ear in mice caused by xylene, prolonged the latent period of asthma induced by histamine significantly. However, it had no relaxation effects on isolated tracheal smooth muscles of guinea pigs and had the trend of diminution on thymus and spleen in mice..All above indicate that He lang Chuan Bi Xiao given orally has the obvious actions on anti - nonspecial inflammation and anti - asthma.
