| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色超声引导经皮肾穿刺在经皮肾镜治疗孤立肾肾结石中的临床应用价值。方法32例孤立肾肾结石患者在彩色超声引导下建立经皮肾穿刺通道并行微创经皮肾镜下取石术。结果30例（93．75％）患者一次穿刺成功，2例（6．25％）患者二次穿刺成功，总穿刺成功率为100％。所有患者均未出现输血、腹腔脏器损伤及气胸等严重并发症。一期结石清除率达87．5％（28／32），疗效满意。结论彩色超声引导下经皮肾穿刺操作简单、安伞、定位准确、成功率高，在微创经皮肾穿刺碎石取石治疗孤立肾肾结石上具有很好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of Color ultrasound guidance of percutaneous nephrostomy with minimally invasive technique (mPCNL) in single kidney. Methods Three-two patients with single kidney calculus were treated with mPCNI, under color ultrasound guidance. Results The total successful rate was 100%. No case needed blood transfusion and no complications such as pneumothorax, abdominal viscera injury occured. Calculus were removed in 28 cases (87.5%) during phase I lithotripsy. Conclusion Color ultrasound guidance of percutaneous nephrostomy with minimally invasive technique in single kidney is simple, safe and effective. |
