上海市虹口区小学生预防交通伤害知识态度行为调查

目的了解上海市虹口区小学生预防交通伤害知识、态度、行为现状,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取上海市虹口辖区内4所小学二～四年级小学生1295名,采用统一编制的"虹口区小学生交通安全知识、态度、行为调查表"对选取的小学生进行调查。结果小学生预防道路交通伤害的知识答对率为67.86,性别、年级差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。交通安全态度正向率仅有80.81,违章行为的比例为52.43,男性多于女性(P<0.05),低年级高于高年级(P<0.05)。交通事故发生率为13.2,男生高于女生,低年级高于高年级。结论应结合小学生的心理、生理特点有针对性地开展行为教育。

Traffic Injury Knowledge, Attitude and Behaviors of Primary School Students in Hongkou District in Shanghai

Objective To explore the degree of knowledge,attitude and correct behaviors to traffic injury in primary school students in Hongkou district in Shanghai,and to provide guide for the further work on health promotion for control and prevention of traffic injury.Methods Cluster sampling and questionnaire of traffic injury knowledge,belief and behaviors were conducted among 1 295 pupils from 4 schools in Hongkou district.Results Totally 67.86% of the pupils correctly answered the knowledge of traffic injury.There was no significant difference in different sexes and grades(P>0.05).The percentage of positive attitude was 80.81% in primary school students.The percentage of violation of traffic rules was 52.43%.There was significant difference in different sex and grade(P<0.05).The prevalence of traffic accident in the students was 13.2%.There was significant difference in different sexes and grades(P<0.05).Conclusion The education on behavior should be combined with the psychological and physiological characteristic of primary school students.
