| 摘 要： | <正>肩关节是上肢最大的关节,也是人体中最灵活但稳定性较差的关节。由外伤引起的肩关节前脱位临床上常见,其复位方法较多。自2003年6月,在传统手法整复的启示下,采用握拳法治疗肩关节前脱位65例,疗效满意,现将整复方法和治疗体会报告如下。
