| 摘 要： | 槐果碱可明显升高正常大鼠血浆6-酮-PGF_(1a)含量,对TXB_2无明显影响。小剂量(1mg/100g)阿斯匹林轻度降低血浆6-酮-PGF_(1a)含量,但明显阻断槐果碱升高6-酮-PGF_(1a)的作用。 |

| Abstract: | After sophocarpine medication (i.p.), the level of 6-keto-PGF1a was markedly elevated in the blood plasma of rats, but that of thromboxane B2 was not altered. A. mild dose of aspirin (1mg/100g) could only slightly decrease the amount of plasmic 6-keto-PGF1a in rats, but greatly attenuated 6-keto-PGFia elevation of sophocarpine. |
