| 摘 要： | 根据３０例成人带软组织腰骶段脊柱的解剖测量结果，即右侧腰椎关节界面较左侧更呈矢状位，通过力学分析，得出腰椎间盘左右侧半承受不同的来自后方的剪力的影响，从而加重了椎间盘纤维环劳损退变的程度。

| Abstract: | The Lumbosacral column with soft tissues of 30 adults were studied.The results show that theorientation of the right intervertebral articulation is more sagittal than that of the left.By mechanic analyses,wehave gotten that the right and left portion of the intervertebral disc has borne different shearing forces whichcome from the posterior portions,and so aggravate the degeneration of the fibrous rings of the disc. |
