膀胱移行细胞癌Pgp、突变p 53 蛋白、EGFR 表达的预后判定价值

 目的　探讨 Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR表达在膀胱移行细胞癌预后方面的判定价值。方法　应用免疫组化 SP法 ,检测 83例随 3年以上、术前未经化疗的原发性膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、突变 p53蛋白和 EGFR表达情况。结果　 Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR的阳性表达率分别为63.9%、74.7%、67.5% ,三者的过表达均与膀胱癌的病理分级、临床分期和复发有关 ;生存分析显示 Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR表达与患者术后存活率密切相关。结论　Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR过表达是判定膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度和预后的重要指标。

The Prognostic Significance of P-glycoprotein,Mutant p53 Protein and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Expression in Primary Transitional Cell Carcinomas of Bliadder

Objective The study investigates the prognostic significance of P\|glycoprotein(Pgp),mutant p53 Protein and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)expression in primary transitional cell carcinomas of bladder .Methods 83 human primary bladder TCC of previous untreat patients with over 3 years follow-up were analysed for expressin of Pgp,Mutant p53 and EGFR by means of SP immunohischemistry(IHC).The mouse's monoclonal antibodies of JSB1.DO-7 and 32G7 were carried out to deteced the antigens of Pgp,p53 and EGFR,respectively.Results Pgp,p53 or EGFR were significantly correlated with the grade,stage and recurrence.A strongly inverse relationship between the expression of Pgp,mutant p53 and EGFR and survival times could be demonstrated by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. (P<0.01). Conclusion Overexpression of Pgp,mutant p53 and EGFR can be used as the important markers of aggressiveness and prognosis of TCCs.
