无创通气治疗重症哮喘的护理研究

目的探讨无创通气治疗重症哮喘的疗效及护理。方法将54例重症哮喘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各27例，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组采用无创通气治疗。比较两组实施治疗前、治疗3天后临床症状及动脉血气指标（PH值、PaCO2、PaO2、SaO2）变化。结果治疗组在治疗后PH值、PaO2升高，PaCO2降低较对照组明显，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用无创通气治疗，可有效改善患者的临床症状，提高重症哮喘的治疗效果。

Observation on the Effect and Nursing Care of Noninvasive Ventilation in Treating the Severe Asthma

Objective To study the effect and main points of nursing care of noninvasive ventilation in treating the severe asthma.Methods 54 cases of severe asthma patients were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment group) and treatment group(treated with noninvasive ventilation group),then compare the changes of clinical symptoms and arterial blood gas(PH,PaO2) after been treated for 3 days.Results The increasement of PH,PaO2 and the decreasement of PHCO2 are markedly evident in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation care which was based on routine treatment can improve the clinical manifestation of patients and raise the curative effect in curing severe asthma.
