| 摘 要： | 目的 观察氟康唑并益富清内外结合治疗复发性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎的临床疗效.方法 采用内服氟康唑片150mg/d,连用3天,同时局部涂擦益富清,2次/d,连用1周.结果 90例治疗后1周、3个月和6个月的治愈率分别为81.1%,88.9%和92.2%;有效率为93.3%,96.7%及98.8%.结论 氟康唑短程冲击疗法加益富清局部外用治疗复发性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎安全简便,疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical results for recurring monilial prepuce balanitis after using fluconazole and ECONAZINE by oral and external application. Methods To take flucoazole orally 150mg in a day for three days and use ECONAZINE externally two times a day for one week. Results Among 90 cases, one week after treatment the cure rate is 81.1%, three months 88.9% and six months 92.2%; And the effective rates are 93.3%, 96.7% and 98.8%. Conclusion It's safe, simple and sactisfied to cure recurring monilial prepuce balanitis by taking fluconazole orally and using ECONAZINE externally. |
