双功能超声在下肢水肿病变诊断中的应用

目的探讨和分析双功能超声在诊断下肢水肿疾病的应用价值。方法应用双功能超声检查62例下肢水肿患者,对其中43例深静脉血栓及其他19例不同疾病声像图特点进行分析归纳总结。结果本组下肢水肿病因深静脉血栓居首占69.4%,且左下肢发病高于右下肢;小腿浅静脉血栓占1.6%;其他病因占29%。结论双功能超声在下肢水肿病因诊断及鉴别诊断中具有重要意义,是诊断下肢水肿理想、无创的检查方法。

Application value of duplex Doppler ultrasound in edema of lower extremity

Objective To discuss and analyse the application value of the ultrasonic double-functional in the diagnosis of edema of lower extremity. Methods Sixty-two cases with edema of lower extremity were examined by duplex doppler ultrasound,among them,43 cases with Deep Venous Thrombosis(DVT) and 19 cases with other characteristics of different diseases were analyzed. Results Lower extremity edema with deep vein thrombosis causes were accounted for 69.4% of the top, and there was a higher incidence of left leg to right leg.The incidence of leg superficial vein thrombosis was 1.6%, and other causes accounted for 29%.Conclusion Duplex Doppler ultrasound of the lower extrmity edema disease is of considerable clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis,which maybe the best methods.
