防风通圣丸综合干预方式对抗精神病药物所致体质量增加的疗效研究

目的 :观察防风通圣丸综合干预方式对抗精神病药物所致体质量增加的临床疗效。方法 :选取108例抗精神病药物致体质量增加的患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分成治疗组与对照组,各54例。两组患者均继续服用抗精神病药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予防风通圣丸综合干预方式治疗,对照组不予其他治疗,仅随访。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为72.22%,对照组22.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗组治疗后体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),对照组则无明显变化(P0.05);两组治疗后简明精神病量表(BPRS)评分较治疗前均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗后两组BPRS、不良反应量表(TESS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:防风通圣丸综合干预方式可有效降低抗精神病药物所致体质量增加,疗效显著,且安全性高。

Study on Effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills with Comprehensive Intervention for Antipsychotics Induced Weight Gain

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Fangfeng Tongsheng pills combined with comprehensive intervention for antipsychotics induced weight gain. Methods:There were 108 patients with antipsychotics induced weight gain selected as the research object and divided into observation group and control group with the method of random number table,54 cases in each. Patients of the two groups continued to take antipsychotic drugs. The observation group were given Fangfeng Tongsheng pills combined with comprehensive intervention,while the control group were not treated,just followed. Then the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 72.22%,which increased significantly compared with 22.22% in the control group(P<0.01);body weight,BMI and waist circumference of the observation group after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01),while there was no significant change in the control group(P> 0.05);after the treatment,the BPRS scores of the two groups significantly decreased compared with those before the treatment(P<0.01);after the treatment,there was no significant difference in BPRS and TESS scores between the two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion:Fangfeng Tongsheng pills with comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce antipsychotics induced weight gain,with remarkable curative effect and safety.
