陈小宁从肝论治Hunt综合征经验

陈小宁教授根据Hunt综合征发病、症状及预后特点,认为其与肝有着密切的关系,肝经病变在发病过程中具有重要影响。将本病分为风热外袭、肝经湿热及气滞血瘀型。治疗时始终贯穿从肝论治,运用疏肝理气、清泻肝火和活血养肝等法,临证加减,取得较好疗效。

Experience of Professor CHEN Xiaoning in Treating Hunt Syndrome from the Liver

Prof. CHEN Xiaoning according to occurrence,symptom and prognosis of Hunt syndrome proposed that it was closely related with the liver,and liver played an important role in the pathogenesis. This disease is classified into three types:wind-heat outside attack,damp and heat in liver,stagnation of qi and blood stasis. Professor CHEN Xiaoning applied syndrome differentiation,and gave treatment based on liver,regulating qi in liver,clearing liver fire,invigorating blood and nourishing liver,to realize good curative effect.
