| 摘 要： | 中药方剂的煎服法对于临床疗效至关重要,《金匮要略》记载的煎服药法讲究甚多,溶媒有普通水、甘澜水、井花水、浆水、泉水之别,亦有白酒、清酒、苦酒、大麦粥汁等。不同的溶媒有不同的特性,从古今研究的角度阐述《金匮要略》中药剂溶媒的多变性和选取适合溶媒的必要性。

| Abstract: | Decoction and administration methods of Chinese medical formula were very important to the clinical efficiency.Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber record different kinds of solvent,such as common water,Ganlan water,well water,slurry water,spring water,also have white wine,clear wine,bitter wine,barley porridge and so on.Different solvents have different features.This paper explained the variability of solvent in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and necessity of selecting suitable solvent from the perspective of ancient and modern research. |
