| 督灸改善阳虚型亚健康30例临床疗效观察 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察督脉灸疗(督灸)对改善阳虚型亚健康者的临床疗效。方法 :2015年7月~2016年1月选取亚健康者30例,采用督灸疗法进行治疗。观察亚健康者治疗前后中医证候积分的变化。结果:本组干预后获得临床痊愈2例,显效11例,有效16例,总有效率96.7%。治疗前后证候积分比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:督灸疗法对改善阳虚型亚健康状态疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the du-moxibustion on sub-health due to yang deficiency. Methods:Thirty patients with sub-health due to yang deficiency were treated with du-moxibustion from July 2015 to January 2016. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the people with sub-health before and after the treatment were observed. Results:Two cases were cured clinically,11 cases with obvious effect,and 16 cases with effect. The total efficacy was 96.7%. The syndrome scores before and after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion:Du-moxibustion showed obvious effect on sub-health due to yang deficiency. |
