| 摘 要： | 目的:优化补肾活血颗粒中以赤芍为代表的水提组提取工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法和HPLC法,以总多糖和芍药苷含量为评价指标,正交优化提取工艺中的溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数三个因素。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量水提取3次每次1 h。结论:优选得到的提取工艺简单合理可行,为工业化生产提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the water extraction method for Paeonia lactiflora Pall and other herbs in Bushen Huoxue granule. Methods:Phenol-sulfuric acid method and HPLC were applied,and the content of total saccharide and paeoniflorin were the indexes for evaluation,to orthogonally optimize extraction process including the volume of dosage,extraction duration,extraction times. Results:The best extraction technology conditions were the granule added with 8 times water,extracted 3 times,1 hr per time.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology is simple,reasonable and feasible to provide a basis for the industrial production. |
