| 化浊行血汤治疗高脂血症30例临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察化浊行血汤对高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响。方法 :60例高脂血症患者按随机数字表法分为中药组(化浊行血汤)及中成药组(荷丹片),两组在治疗期间暂停服用其他具有调脂作用的药物,疗程为8周,于治疗前后分别进行血脂(包括TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肝功、肾功、肌酸激酶(CK)水平检测,同时观察治疗期间的不良反应,以评定疗效。结果:总有效率中药组93.33%,中成药组70.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C及hs-CRP水平明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :化浊行血汤可以显著降低高脂血症患者的血脂水平,提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Huazhuo Xingxue decoction on the blood lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods:Total 60 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the herb group(Huazhuo Xingxue decoction) and Chinese patent medicine group(Hedan tablet) suspending the use of other drugs with lipid-lowering effects during treatment for 8 weeks. After treatment,the blood lipid(including TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),liver function,renal function,creatine kinase(CK) levels were detected to evaluate the curative effects. Results :The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of Chinese patent medicine group,and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP were significantly decreased after treatment. Conclusion:Huazhuo Xingxue decoction can significantly reduce the blood lipid level and improve the life quality of patients. |
