中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法 :60例确诊为不稳定型心绞痛的患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组仅采用常规西药治疗,治疗组除给予常规西药外,另加补阳还五汤,日1剂,分两次服用。经过四周用药后,对两组心绞痛症状缓解情况进行对比,并按照中医症状评分标准评分,比较两组治疗后血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清促炎性因子白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:在改善心绞痛发作方面,治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组66.6%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);在中医疗效方面,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组(70.0%),(P0.05);在对胸痛、胸闷、气短、乏力等中医症状的改善方面,治疗组患者单项症状改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗前后hs-CRP、IL-6水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组在降低血清hs-CRP、IL-6方面疗效优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗对不稳定型心绞痛疗效良好。

Observation of the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on unstable angina pectoris. Methods:Sixty cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris by simple randomization methods are divided into two groups. The control group only received conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine,took Buyang Huanwu decotion every morning and evening. The improvements of symptoms of angina pectoris in the two groups were com-pared and scored according to TCM symptom scores. Results :In the aspect of improvement of angina pectoris,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% and that of the control group was 66.6%(P<0.05). The total curative effect of TCM syndrome,total effectiveness in the treatment group was 90.0%,the total effective rate in the control group was 70.0%(P<0.05),which indicated TCM symptoms were improved in the treatment group better than those in the control group;in the improvements of TCM symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue in patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),there is a significant difference in the comparison of treatment;after treatment,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were statistically significant differences. There were significant differences after treatment between the two groups of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 decreased(P <0.05),the observa tion group in reducing blood Hs-CRP and IL-6 were better than those in control group. Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction has certain curative effect on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(five).
