针刺肾俞五十七穴配合闪罐法治疗肝郁脾虚型肥胖并发高脂血症104例

目的 :探讨针刺肾俞穴配合闪罐法治疗肝郁脾虚型肥胖并发高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 :208例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组104例,治疗组给予针刺肾俞穴配合闪罐法,对照组给予普通针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后各项肥胖指标、血脂指标的变化,并统计临床疗效。结果:两组临床疗效总有效率分别为92.31%、74.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组在肥胖指标、血脂指标方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺肾俞穴配合闪罐法治疗肥胖并发高脂血症具有减肥降脂双重作用,针刺肾俞穴配合闪罐法治疗肥胖并发高脂血症疗效优于普通针刺组。

Needling Fifty-seven Shenshu Acupoints Combined with Flash Cupping for Treating 104 Patients with Obesity Complicated with Hyperlipidemia of Liver Qi Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of needling Shenshu acupoints combined with flash cupping for treating obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia of liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type. Methods:Total 208 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,104 patients in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture of Shenshu point with flash cupping. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The index changes of obesity and blood lipid and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total efficacy rate of the treatment group and control group was 92.31% and 74.04% respectively,with statistical significance(P< 0.05). The index changes of obesity and blood lipid of the two groups had statistical significance after treatment(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Needling Shenshu acupoints combined with flash cupping for treating obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia have double effects on reducing obesity and hyperlipemia with better clinical efficacy.
