补肾化瘀方合逍遥散加减治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察补肾化瘀方合逍遥散加减治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者35例,给予补肾化瘀方合逍遥散加减治疗3个月经周期,观察患者治疗前后的月经情况、血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)及超声下双侧卵巢体积和卵泡数目的变化情况。结果:治疗后患者月经情况明显改善,治愈11例(31.43%),好转16例(45.71%),无效8例(22.86%),总有效率77.14%;T、LH/FSH、卵泡数目和卵巢体积均较治疗前降低(P0.05)。结论 :补肾化瘀方合逍遥散加减可改善青春期PCOS患者的月经情况,使LH/FSH及T水平下降,减少卵泡数目,缩小卵巢体积。

Clinical Study of Using Bushen Huayu Formula Combined with Xiaoyao Powder Treating Adolescent Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huayu formula combined with Xiaoyao powder on adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods:There were 35 patients with adolescent PCOS meeting the inclusion criteria. The patients were treated with Bushen Huayu formula combined with Xiaoyao powder for 3 months. The state of menstruation,the level of serum testosterone,the ratio of luteinizing hormone(LH)/follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),the volume of bilateralovaries and the number of follicles were observed. Results :The state of menstruation was improved significantly. 11 cases were cured(31.43%),16 cases were improved(45.71%) and 8 cases of no effect(22.86%),with the total effective rate of 77.14%. After the treatment,serum testosterone level,LH/FSH,the volume of ovary and the number of follicles were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Bushen Huayu formula combined with Xiaoyao powder can improve the menstruation of patients with adolescent PCOS,reduce the level of LH/FSH,serum testosterone,the number of follicles and the volume of ovary.
