张鸣鹤治疗白塞病临床经验

张鸣鹤教授认为白塞病病机为湿、热、毒、瘀、虚,热毒是其病机关键。湿热可分为上中下三焦,中焦湿热是疾病的起源,祛除中焦湿热是治疗和预防疾病的关键所在。治疗上主张辨证论治,清热解毒贯彻始终,活血化瘀、滋阴清热、收肌敛疮治疗兼症,同时顾护胃气。

Clinical Experience of Professor ZHANG Minghe on Treating Ophthalmooral Genital Syndrome

Professor ZHANG Minghe proposes that the pathogenesis of ophthalmooral genital syndrome is dampness,heat,toxin,stasis and deficiency,in which heat and toxin are the most crucial. Damp heat could involve the triple-jiao,and the damp heat in the middle-jiao is the disease cause,and therefore removing the damp heat in the middle-jiao is the key for the treatment and prevention. Clearing heat and detoxification is applied during whole treatment,and promoting blood circulation and dissolving blood stasis,nourishing yin and clearing heat,healing up sore and promoting granulation should be applied for the accompanied symptoms. At the same time,attention should be paid on protecting stomach qi.
