参芪益心方对心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞线粒体解耦联蛋白2的干预作用

摘    要:目的:观察参芪益心方对心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞线粒体解耦联蛋白2(UCP2)的干预作用。方法:建立阿霉素诱导心力衰竭大鼠模型,观察参芪益心方对大鼠心功能、心肌线粒体内三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、磷酸肌酸(PCr)、UCP2表达的影响。结果:与依那普利组比较,参芪高剂量组LVEDD、LVESD、EF、FS、CO、ATP差异无统计学意义(P0.05),与芪苈强心组比较,参芪高剂量组LVEDD、LVESD、EF、FS、CO差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。参芪高剂量组与参芪低剂量组比较,LVEDD、ATP差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与依那普利组比较,参芪高剂量组下调UCP2表达差异有统计学意义(P0.05),与芪苈强心组比较参芪高剂量组下调UCP2表达差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:参芪益心方可以提高心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞ATP和PCr含量,下调UCP2的表达。

Effects of Shenqi Yixin Formula on Mitochondrial Uncoupling Protein 2 in Myocardial Cells of Rats with Heart Failure

Abstract:Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Shenqi Yixin formula on myocardial mitochondrial uncoupling protein 2 of rats with heart failure. Methods:Adriamycin-induced rat model of heart failure was established to observe the effect of Shenqi Yixin formula on cardiac function and myocardial structure of rat myocardial mitochondrial ATP,PCr and UCP2 expression. Results:There was no difference between the enalapril group and Shenqi high dose group on LVEDD,LVESD,EF,FS,CO and ATP(P> 0.05);there was no difference between Qili group and Shenqi high dose group on LVEDD,LVESD,EF,FS and CO(P> 0.05);there was difference between Shenqi high dose group and low dose group on LVEDD and ATP(P<0.05);there was difference between enalapril group and Shenqi high-dose group on down-regulating UCP2 expression level(P<0.05);there were no difference between Qili Qiangxin group and Shenqi high-dose group on down-regulating UCP2 expression level(P> 0.05). Conclusion:Shenqi Yixin formula could improve ATP and PCr content and down-regulate expression level of UCP2 in myocardial cells of rats with heart failure.
