肖军从“肺脾相关”论治原发性支气管肺癌经验

肖军教授认为原发性支气管肺癌的基本病机为正伤肺虚、肺失宣肃,致使痰浊、瘀血、热毒等病理产物凝聚胶结于气道。基于"肺脾相关"理论,肖老师提出脾失健运、气血虚损是导致肺癌正气耗伤及痰浊、瘀血、热毒等病理产物形成的主要因素和重要前提,是联系肺癌痰瘀阻络证→阴虚毒热证→肺脾两虚证→脾肾两虚证病机发展过程的中心环节。治疗方面,肖老师以健运脾气为主,并灵活运用化痰、活血、解毒、滋阴、清热、散结等药物,攻补结合,取得较好疗效。

Experience of XIAO Jun in Treating Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma from Relationship Between Lung and Spleen

Professor XIAO Jun holds the view that the basic pathogenesis of primary bronchogenic carcinoma is the pathological products like phlegm,blood stasis,heat,etc. agglutinating in trachea segment,which were attributed to the injury of healthy qi and lung dysfunction. Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory that the lung has a close relationship with the spleen,professor XIAO proposes that the deficiency of qi and blood caused by the dysfunction of the spleen plays an important role in the injury of healthy qi,and it is also the prerequisite for the generation of pathological products such as phlegm,blood stasis,heat,etc. Furthermore,the spleen's failure to transport is considered to be the key link in the pathological process(syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the collateral →syndrome of heat caused by yin deficiency →syndrome of deficiency of the lung and the spleen→syndrome of deficiency of the spleen and the kidney) of primary bronchogenic carcinoma. In treatment,professor XIAO gives priority to strengthening the spleen and benefiting qi,cooperated with Chinese medicines for resolving phlegm,invigorating blood circulation,detoxifying,nourishing yin,clearing heat and resolving masses,which has achieved good curative effect.
