精液异常从脾防治

目的 :对精液异常患者辨证分型,探讨脾与精液异常的关系,以进行相关生活指导。方法 :对450例精液异常患者通过四诊辨证为脾气虚型138例,脾肾两虚型23例,痰浊凝结型16例。结果:450例精液异常患者中,与脾病相关者177例,占38.89%。其中脾气虚者占30.22%,脾肾两虚者占5.11%,痰浊凝结者占3.56%。结论:在男性不育患者中,脾脏功能失调是精液异常的影响因素。

Prevention and Treatment of Abnormal Semen Based on Spleen

Objective To explore the relationship between spleen and abnormal semen,and to guide the life style for people,by syndrome differentiation for abnormal sperm. Methods:There were 450 patients with abnormal semen. After four diagnoses and syndrome differentiation,there were 138 cases of spleen-deficiency,23 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney,16 cases of phlegm turbidity coagulation. Results:Among the450 patients with abnormal semen,there were 177 cases affecting the spleen,accounting for 38.89%,in which spleen deficiency accounted for 30.22%,spleen and kidney deficiency accounted for 5.11%,and phlegm turbidity coagulation accounted for 3.56%. Conclusion: In patients with male infertility,spleen dysfunction is the influence factor for abnormal sperm.
