电针配合皮内针治疗风寒外袭型面瘫临床观察

目的 :观察电针配合皮内针治疗风寒外袭型面瘫的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机序列软件生成60个随机序列数,60例风寒外袭型面瘫的患者按就诊顺序依次从前至后取用随机序列数,奇数者为电针组(A组),偶数者为电针配合皮内针组(B组),每组各30例。A组采用电针常规治疗,选择疏密波,治疗20 min,每周3次,10次为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。B组在A组的基础上加用皮内针治疗。以面瘫House-Brackmann(H-B)评分表和临床疗效为评价指标。结果:治疗2个疗程后,两组总有效率均为100%,A组临床痊愈8例,B组12例,两组临床痊愈疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组H-B评分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),两组间评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合皮内针治疗风寒外袭型面瘫有良好的效果。

Clinical Observation on Facial Paralysis of Wind-cold Attacking the Exterior Type Treated by Electro-acupuncture Combined with Intradermal Needling

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with intradermal needling on facial paralysis of wind-cold attacking the exterior type. Methods:Total 60 patients with facial paralysis of cold-wind attacking the exterior type were randomly divided into two groups:the electro-acupuncture group(group A) and electro-acupuncture combined with intradermal needling group(group B),with 30 patients in each group. Patients in group A were treated by electro-acupuncture with dilatational wave. The acupuncture points were needled for 20 minutes each time and three times a week. Ten times for a course.All the patients were treated for two consecutive courses. Patients in group B were also needled with intradermal needling. The facial paralysis House-Brackmann(H-B) assessment and clinical efficacy as the evaluation index. Results:After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 100%,the clinical efficacy of group A and group B were 8 cases and 12 cases respectively,with statistically significant(P< 0.05). The H-B scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P< 0.05),and the difference of scores between the two groups have statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with intradermal needling had good effects on treating facial paralysis of wind-cold attacking the exterior type.
