中药配合醋酸奥曲肽治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床研究

目的 :探讨中药配合醋酸奥曲肽治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法 :选择2012年8月~2016年12月收治的粘连性肠梗阻患者93例,随机分为研究组45例和对照组48例。所有患者均给予禁饮食、胃肠减压、补液、灌肠等常规治疗方法,对照组患者同时加用醋酸奥曲肽治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上再加用中药治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:研究组患者的总有效率为86.67%,对照组为68.75%,研究组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,研究组的胃肠减压量、腹痛腹胀的缓解时间、排气排便恢复时间、住院时间及中转手术例数等指标均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中药配合醋酸奥曲肽治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效显著,能快速缓解临床症状。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction with Chinese Herbal Medicine Combined with Octreotide Acetate

Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine combined with octreotide acetate in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods:There were 93 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction admitted from August 2012 to December 2016 randomly divided into study group(n=45) and control group(n=48). All patients were given conventional therapy like preoperative fasting,gastrointestinal decomposition,rehydration and enema. Besides,the control group was also treated with octreotide acetate,and the study group was further was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and octreotide acetate. Results:The total effective rate was 86.67% in the study group and 68.75% in the control group,respectively. The efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,in the study group indexes like gastrointestinal decompression,remission time of abdominal pain and distension,the first time of flatus and defecation,length of hospital stay and case number of conversion to open surgery were greatly reduced with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine combined with octreotide acetate showed significant effect in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction,and could relieve the clinical symptoms immediately.
