滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征临床观察

目的:观察滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的有效性。方法:采用随机数字表法将围绝经期综合征患者分为治疗组(49例)和对照组(48例)。治疗组口服滋阴补肾方汤剂,对照组口服更年安片,治疗2疗程(28 d)。主要观察患者的症状疗效及治疗前后性激素水平的变化情况。结果:(1)症状疗效,治疗组滋阴补肾方总有效率95.90%;对照组更年安片总有效率89.60%,症状均有显著改善(P0.05),且滋阴补肾方疗效优于更年安片(P0.05)。(2)性激素水平,治疗组治疗后E_2显著上升(P0.05),FSH和LH显著下降(P0.05);对照组E_2显著上升(P0.05),FSH显著下降(P0.05),LH下降不明显(P0.05);两组PRL、P、T改变均无统计学意义(P0.05);E_2水平上升和FSH下降治疗组较对照组更为明显(P0.05)。结论:滋阴补肾方治疗围绝经期综合征肝肾阴虚型疗效满意,可显著提高E_2水平和降低FSH、LH水平,无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Perimenopausal Syndrome of Yin Deficiency with Liver and Kidney Treated with Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney Formula

Objective:To observe effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney formula in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods:The patients with perimenopausal syndrome by random number table were divided into the treatment group(49 cases) and control group(48cases). In the treatment group,patients were given nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney formula,and in the control group patients were treated with Gengnianan tablet,both treated for 2 course of treatment(28days). Effective rate and changes of sexual hormone level were observed. Results :(1)Effective rate :in the treatment group the total effective rate was 95.9% while in the control group the that was 89.6%,with stastical significance(P<0.05),and nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney formula was better than Gengnianan pill(P<0.05).(2)Sexual hormone level:in the treatment group after the treatment the level of E_2 increased significantly(P<0.05),and levels of FSH and LH significantly decreased(P<0.05),in the control group levels of E_2 significantly increase(P<0.05),FSH significantly decreased(P<0.05),LH did not decrease obviously(P> 0.05),between the two groups,changes of PRL,P and T showed no statistical significance(P> 0.05),the increase of E_2 level and decreased of FSH in the treatment group more were more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney formula in treating the perimenopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney was satisfactory,for it could significantly increase the E_2 level and reduce the levels of FSH and LH,without obvious adverse reaction.
