经皮穴位电刺激改善全膝关节置换术后疼痛临床研究

目的:探讨膝骨性关节炎(KOA)全膝关节置换术(TKA)后,经皮穴位电刺激对其疼痛改善的效果。方法:选取我院TKA治疗KOA患者120例,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组60例行常规康复治疗,治疗组60例行常规康复治疗联合经皮穴位电刺激治疗,连续治疗1月,观测两组治疗前后关节功能、疼痛程度变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后HSS功能评分结果显著高于对照组(P0.05);VAS评分结果显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激,可有效改善TKA患者术后疼痛程度。

Study on the Improvement of Pain after Total Knee Arthroplasty by Transdermal Electrical Stimulation of Acupoints

Objective:To investigate the effects of transdermal electrical stimulation of acupoints on improving the pain in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:Total 120 patients with KOA were treated in our hospital by TKA and were divided into two groups by the random number table method.Total 60 patients in the control group received the routine rehabilitation therapy,60 patients in the treatment group received the rehabilitation treatment combined with transdermal electrical acupoint stimulation,continuous for one month.The joint function and improvement of pain were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,HSS results in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transdermal electrical stimulation of acupoints could effectively improve the patient's pain after TKA.
