从阳虚痰凝论肿瘤骨转移的发生机制与治疗

提出阳虚寒凝,寒痰搏结是肿瘤骨转移的发病机制。阳虚寒凝是肿瘤发生的根本原因,肿瘤骨转移是痰浊凝聚于骨的结果。一方面,阳虚寒盛,脏腑功能失调,气血不足,寒、痰内生并伏留于体内,正气无力驱邪外出,遂流窜至骨,发为骨肿瘤;另一方面,阳气虚弱,寒毒侵入,深中于骨,寒之收敛、凝滞,导致寒痰互结,而蚀骨伤髓。故当治以温补阳气、散结化痰,使阴平阳秘,结散痰消。

Analysis on the Pathogenesis and Treatment of Metastases of Tumors to Bone from Yang Deficiency and Phlegm Coagulation

Yang deficiency and congealing cold as well as cold-phlegm accumulation is the pathogenesis of metastases of tumors to bone.Yang deficiency and congealing cold is the basic pathogenesis of tumorigenesis while turbid phlegm coagulates in the bone,which gives rise to bone metastases.On the one hand,yang deficiency and cold abundance results in the dysfunction of the viscera and the deficiency of qi and blood.Cold and phlegm germinates and remains in the body while the pathogenic factors cannot be driven out by the healthy qi,then going into the bone and transforming into bone tumors.On the other hand,yang-qi deficiency makes cold-toxicity invade the body and agglutinate in the bone deeply.The constriction and coagulation of cold cause cold and phlegm accumulation,consequently damage the bone and marrow.So we should take warming yang and removing coagulation as the treatment in order to make the relative equilibrium of yin-yang,disperse phlegm and eliminate stagnation.
