| 摘 要： | 目的:深入了解我国针灸事业的发展现状,为促进针灸事业的发展提供科学建议.方法:采用典型抽样的方法在全回范围内选择调查样本;采用Access二次录入软件录入数据,采用SPSS11.5进行数据分析.结果:平均每所综合医院拥有2.89名针灸医生、每所中医医院有5.64名针灸医生;综合医院人才流入数量与流出数量的差值为0.17,中医院人才流入数量与流出数量的差值为0.46;80.0%的三级综合医院与61.1%的二级综舍医院设有独立针灸科,95.5%的三级中医院与91.5%的二级中医院设有独立针灸科;10.0%的三级综合医院与5.6%的二级综舍医院设有独立针灸病房,57.6%的三级中医院与30.5%的二级中医院设有独立针灸病房;针灸科治疗痰病主要集中在运动系统与神经系统两方面;年针灸科门诊量与收入水平均呈上升趋势.结论:从2003年到2005年,针灸科门诊量与收入水平呈明显增加趋势,但是针灸科的发展仍不客乐观,影响针灸科发展的因素主要包括政策、机制、管理及针灸自身体系等等诸多因素.
