| 摘 要： | 目的:了解太原市农民工卫生服务需要、利用现状及其影响因素。方法:利用现有的太原市农民工调查数据资料,结合文献查阅的方法进行,调查的数据资料采用整群抽样的方法,对太原市有关企业、煤矿、建筑工地、超市、餐饮住宿业等其它行业人员进行抽样调查,利用调查结果分析其卫生服务需要、利用及医疗保障等情况。结果:调查人群总体两周患病率为13.90%,慢性病患病率为4.06%,两周患病就诊率为14.53%。结论:太原市农民工对卫生服务购买能力低,医疗保障水平及卫生服务利用水平低,其卫生服务需要没有得到满足。
