| 摘 要： | 目的 观察参芪化瘀汤辨证治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 将100例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,各50例,治疗组采用参芪化瘀汤辨证治疗,对照组采用西医常规疗法治疗.结果 治疗组总有效率为91.6%,心电图总有效率为81.2%:对照组分别为77%、67%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 自拟参芪化瘀汤辨证治疗冠心病心绞痛有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating CHD angina with ShenQiHuaYu decoction. Methods 100 patients with angina were recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 50 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with ShenQiHuaYu diction, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. Results The total effective rate and total effective rate for ECG in the treatment group and the control group was 91.6%, 81.2%, and 77%, 67%. There was significant difference between the two group (P<0.05). Conclusion ShenQiHua Yu decoction is effective in treating CHD angina. |
