大新县低档暗娼艾滋病相关知识和行为及HIV感染调查

目的了解低档暗娼人群艾滋病知识和高危行为的特征及其感染状况。方法从发廊/休闲店、路边店/小饭店、赶圩女,或价格低于50元的场所招募暗娼,进行知情同意告知,面对面问卷调查,并同时采集血样检测HIV、梅毒和丙肝感染情况。结果共调查、检测低档暗娼100名。大新县低档暗娼年龄偏大,文化程度低,当地赶圩女占相当比例。该人群艾滋病知识知晓率为59.0%,最近1个月商业性行为中每次都使用安全套的比例为32%,最近一月平均与30名嫖客发生过商业性性行为。HIV抗体检测确认试验阳性率为6.0%（6/100）,其中赶圩女有4人,占66.7%（4/6）。结论大新县低档暗娼人群年龄偏大,艾滋病知识知晓率低,安全套使用率低,HIV感染率较高,导致感染的高危因素较多,必须加大宣传教育力度,要依靠有关部门加强打击和管理力度。

Survey of AIDS Knowledge,risk behavior and HIV infection status in the low-price CSF in Daxin County

Objective To understand level of HIV/AIDS knowledge,risk behavior characteristics and infection status of HIV in the low-price CSF in Daxin County,Guangxi. Methods The CSF were recruited from hair salon / playroom, roadside/small restaurant, street,or other sites whrere the sexual service price was less than 50 yuan per time . Informed consent was obtained from the recruited CSW and face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted. The blood samples were collected and the status of HIV,syphilis and hepatitis C infections were detected. Results One hundred CSF were investigated and the age of this population was higher and had low level of education. Women from local residents accounted for a considerable proportion of the CSF in the street. AIDS knowledge rate of the low-price CSF were 59%.The proportion of always using condoms in the last 1 months of commercial sex accounted for 32%. The average number of sex clients of the CSF was 30 persons. The confirmed positive of antibody to HIV accounted for 6%（61100）,and 4 of them from dyke CSF, accounting for 66.7%（4/6）. Conclusions The low-price CSF in Daxin County were characterized by higher age,low AIDS knowledge rate, more sexual clients,low condom use rate and high HIV infection rate.
