海南省2009～2010年疟疾感染状况调查

目的了解海南省2009~2010年疟疾感染状况,为全省消除疟疾提供基础数据。方法采用回顾性和现况流行病学调查方法,在全省抽样查阅部分市县2009~2010年疟疾防治资料,现场调查居民带虫率、人群IFA抗体水平、传疟媒介种类和媒介抗性,并进行相关分析。结果抽查保亭县、白沙县、东方市、琼海市和澄迈县5市县2009~2010年共血检90441人,阳性208例（PV200例,Pf 8例）,阳性率为0.23%,其中2009年血检阳性率为0.32%（194/61417）,2010年为0.05%（14/29024）,共处置疫点137个（白沙68,保亭34,东方35）,均进行滞留喷洒、预防服药及健康教育。共采集居民滤纸血2406人份,间接荧光抗体阳性率为0.62%（15/2406）,小学生滤纸血2291人份,阳性率0.17%（4/2291）;现场调查保亭县、白沙县、东方市3个市县居民4 654人,未检出阳性血样,居民带虫率为0%。结论海南省2010年疟疾流行水平大幅度下降,防治措施落实扎实,为全省消除疟疾创造了条件。

Baseline survey of elimination of malaria in Hainan province

Objective To understand infectious status of malaria in Hainan Province and provide baxic data for eliminating malaria in the whole province.Methods The reported and registered data concerning malaria infection in Hainan were collected and analyzed,the blood samples were obtained in the field and analysed.Results The 4 654 inhabitants were surveyed and malaria parasite carrying rate in the inhabitants was zero.Filter paper survey of 2 406 perosns was made and the positive rate was 0.62%.In addition,2 291pupils were surveyed with a positive rate of 0.17%.Conclsuion Malaria incidence in Hainan province has greatly reduced to have paved the way for elimination of malaria in this province.
