摘    要:食品安全问题目前已成为一个全球性问题,但因其涉及多领域、多部门、多层面、多环节,食品安全整治是一个复杂的系统工程。现就目前我国食品安全问题进行分析,并提出相应对策。

Abstract:The whole nation have paid close attention to the problem of food safety.Governments worldwide have regarded the security issue of food as the public safety of the country and strengthened supervision dynamics.Food safety that involves multiple agencies,many levels,links,is a complicated system engineering.This paper analyzed the problems of food safety in China,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
