深圳市583例儿童血清CoxA16抗体检测分析

目的了解深圳市福田区0~5岁儿童血清柯萨奇病毒A16型（CoxA16）中和抗体水平及感染状况。方法应用微量细胞病变法,对2011年和2012年儿童乙肝抗体、麻疹抗体水平调查所采集的血清标本583份样本进行CoxA16中和抗体检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 583份儿童血清中CoxA16中和抗体阳性率为23.8%（139/583）,男性阳性率为24.5%,女性阳性率为23.0%;CoxA16抗体阳性率由0~岁组的7.2%上升至5~岁组的57.7%,上升约8.0倍,≥3岁儿童阳性率迅猛增长。3岁以上儿童中和抗体滴度主要分布在1：256~1：1024,其中5岁~儿童占52.8%。结论儿童血清CoxA16中和抗体阳性率与年龄的关系密切,儿童年龄越小,抗体阳性率越低,随着年龄的增长,儿童感染CoxA16的抗体阳性率不断增加。3岁以下婴幼儿CoxA16抗体阳性率低于20%,应加强对低龄儿童手足口病监测,及早发现手足口病患者的重症表现并进行对症治疗。

Detection of viral antibody against Coxsackievirus A16 in serum of 583 children in Shenzhen

Objective To investigate the levels of the neutralizing antibodies against coxsackie virus A16 and the infection condition among children aged 0-5 in Futian District,Shenzhen.Methods With the microneutralizing assays,the anti-CA16 neutralizing（Nt）antibody level of 583 serum samples collected during survey of antibodies to hepatitis B virus and measles virus were detected and analyzed.Results The total positive rate of anti-CA16 Nt antibody was 23.8%（139/538）,24.5% for the male and 23.0% for the female respectively;The positive rate increased from 7.2% in 0-year group to 57.7% in 5-year group.Especially,the 3-year group rose most dramatically and the antibody titres ranging from 1：256~1：1024.Conclusions The positive rate of anti-CA16 Nt-antibody was closely related with age,the younger the children was,the lower the positive rate would be,suggesting that the chance being infected for the young children will increase with the increase of their age.The positive rate in infants under 3 years was less than 20% suggesting that it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of children under 3 years old.
