| 摘 要： | 目的对2011年深圳市流感监测结果进行分析,了解流感的流行趋势,为流感防治提供科学依据。方法收集全市34家流感监测单位的流感样病例数据,进行流行病学和病原学检测结果分析。结果 2011年深圳市的流感样病例百分比（ILI%）为4.69%。2011年全市共采集日常监测ILI咽拭标本3257份,分离出264株流感病毒,阳性率为8.1%,其中29株季节H3亚型（11.0%）,121株甲型H1N1亚型（45.8%）,94株B（Victoria,35.6%）亚型,20株B（Yamagata,7.6%）亚型。结论 2011年深圳市流感活动较低,在年初和9月份出现高峰。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the epidemiology of influenza in Shenzhen in 2011.Methods The epidemiological materials of influenza-like illness（ILI）cases in Shenzhen in 2011 were collected,epidemiologically and pathogenically detected.Results The ILI rate was 4.69% in 2011.A total of 3 257 swab samples were collected and 264 strains were isolated with the positive rate of 8.1%,consisting of 29 strains of seasonal H3 subtype（11.0%）,121 strains ofr novel H1N1 subtype（45.8%）,94 strains of type B Victoria-lineage（35.6%）,and 20 strains of type B Yamagata-lineage（7.6%）.Conclusions The prevalence of influenza was low in 2011 and the infection peaks of influenza was in the months of January-February and September. |
