Abstract: | Conclusion Despite what has been said above, it is safe to state that management in the public sector is not in danger of being deposed. Both labor and management can survive; they have in the private sector and the relationship has proven mutually beneficial. But continued interaction and cooperation is needed to assure a lasting relationship, even though new challenges are inherent in it. |
