| 摘 要： | 目的了解福田区育龄妇女生殖道感染现状,分析其利用社区卫生服务的主要影响因素。方法使用自编问卷于2009年5月对深圳市福田区18岁以上育龄妇女进行横断面调查。问卷内容包括自述生殖道感染症状、诊治地点和社区卫生服务反应性等。结果41.1%的调查对象自述有生殖道感染症状,社区卫生服务利用率为19.4%。多因素logistic回归分析显示生殖道感染病情轻、社区卫生服务知晓率高、社区卫生服务反应性好、个人重视就诊便利性和受社会医疗保险保障者,趋于利用社区卫生服务。结论提高社区妇科诊疗业务知晓率,加强全科医学管理,提高社区卫生服务反应性。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To identify prevalence women reproductive tract infections(RTI) and risk factors for their utilization of community healthcare. METHODS Cross-sectional surveyed childbearing age women elder 18 in Futian, Shenzhen, with self edit questionnaire, to investigate self report RTI syndrome, place for treatment, and community healthcare utilization etc. RESULTS 41.1% women reported RTI symptoms but 19.4% of them were treated in community healthcare centers.
